Our Structure
FCC has a strong governance structure to ensure accountability in all its work.
The governance structure is a two tier structure that involves The Board of Directors, which is appointed to provide strategic and functional levels of FCC’s operations, and the Management Team who manage day to day operations of FCC.
The management of the organization is headed by Executive Director, supported by Programmes Manager, Finance Officer, HR & Administration Officer, Monitoring, Evaluation and Reporting Officer. FCC currently has 10 technical personnel.
